لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع:
تُخزَّن بياناتك في خوادم AWS (منطقة آسيا — مومباي حالياً، وقد تنتقل لمنطقة الإمارات لاحقاً). جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS.
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة استخدامك للحساب. إذا حذفت حسابك، نحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً ما عدا ما يلزمنا قانونياً الاحتفاظ به (مثل سجلات المعاملات المالية).
لطلب أي من هذه الحقوق، راسلنا على privacy@gadhawgdood.com وسنردّ خلال 14 يوماً.
نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط تقنية أساسية لإبقائك مسجّلاً ولحفظ تفضيلاتك. لا نستخدم ملفات تتبّع إعلانية من طرف ثالث.
التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار، لكن نوصي بإشراف ولي الأمر لمن هم دون 13 سنة، خصوصاً في عمليات الشراء.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. التحديثات تُنشَر على هذه الصفحة مع تغيير تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في الأعلى. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على التغييرات.

«قدها وقدود» — الاسم والشعار — علامة تجارية مسجّلة في دولة الكويت لدى إدارة العلامات التجارية وبراءة الاختراع في وزارة التجارة والصناعة، برقم تسجيل KW1683305 (رقم الإيداع 2026/005188)، في الفئة 9، وحمايتها سارية من 3 يونيو 2026 حتى 3 يونيو 2036، ومملوكة لـ«شركة عبدالعزيز الحمادي وكيل بالعمولة والأتجار بالعمولة».
لا يجوز استخدام الاسم أو الشعار أو أي علامة مشابهة تُحدث لبساً — في اسم تطبيق أو حساب أو نطاق أو إعلان أو منتج — بدون إذن كتابي مسبق. للاستفسار عن الترخيص أو للإبلاغ عن انتهاك: privacy@gadhawgdood.com
Gadha w Gdood (قدها وقدود) is operated by a company registered in Kuwait. We collect: account info (email, display name), your phone number if you provide one, gameplay data (questions seen, scores, categories chosen), and basic technical data (device type, IP for security). Payment is processed by a third-party provider — we never store card numbers.
Your data is stored on AWS (Mumbai region currently, may move to UAE region later). We share data only with AWS, Google (for authentication), and the payment processor. We do not sell your data.
We may use your phone number to send you account-related notices — such as your balance, a purchase, or a reply to your message — and updates or offers from Gadha w Gdood, through the app, by email, or on WhatsApp at that number. We never sell or share your number with advertisers. You can stop these messages at any time: reply "STOP" (or «إيقاف») on WhatsApp, or email privacy@gadhawgdood.com — we stop immediately, and it does not affect your account or balance.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email privacy@gadhawgdood.com for any request — we respond within 14 days.
We retain data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account closure (except where law requires longer retention, e.g. payment records).
Trademark. "قدها وقدود" / "Gadha W Gdood" and its logo are a registered trademark in the State of Kuwait — Registration No. KW1683305 (filing no. 2026/005188), Class 9, protected from 3 June 2026 to 3 June 2036, issued by the Trademarks Department, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and owned by Abdulaziz Al-Hamadi Co. Any use of the name, the logo, or a confusingly similar mark — in an app name, account handle, domain or advertisement — requires prior written permission.
